Returns/Refunds 

I do not offer Returns or Refunds for any products sold at Bubbles Brick Builds. Once you have purchased and paid for a product that is the final sale. I will only offer a return/refund when something is not as it should be. For all custom orders I send photos prior to shipping or collection to ensure you are completely happy with them. Once your item is shipped or collected this is final. 

Errors

Although I endeavor to ensure all orders are 100%, sometimes mistakes can happen. Please message me ASAP if there is an issue with your order and I can do my best to rectify this issue ASAP. 

lost or damaged items

Insurance is provided for all  items up to $100. Extra insurance can be purchased for $2.50 per $100. Please note pick up services do not have insurance, should you not be 100% happy with your product please message me and I can see what I can do. However I do not provide refunds for change of mind. 

Fragile

Please be mindful that majority of my products are made of lego. Lego is easily broken and quite fragile. I do my best to ship these so they do not come apart, but I can only do so much. There is an option to have your products glued to ensure they do not fall apart. I use ABA specific glue to ensure the integrity of the lego parts is not compromised. Please be aware that this will incur an additional cost, and will be billed to you separately to your online sale. If you would like your item glued please message me for prices.
